The PBSC Wills Clinic at the University of New Brunswick Faculty of Law aims to improve access to justice by assisting eligible community members with the preparation of basic wills and powers of attorney. Under the supervision of volunteer lawyers, law student volunteers gain practical experience while helping individuals access important estate planning documents that they might not otherwise be able to obtain.
The Wills Clinic is currently being restructured for the 2026–2027 academic year as we work to strengthen and improve the program. As a result, we are not accepting inquiries or new clients at this time.
